What a great concept!!!! First of all, the food was awesome! Second, the mobile wood fire pizza oven was set up in a temporary open air restaurant sharing space with a few gourmet food trucks in a car wash lot. We had a half vegetarian and meat pizza, with a very fresh side salad. The pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection. This was a fantastic find in Hermosillo!!!
